About Food Intolerance Testing

Kinesiology (muscle testing) is a non-invasive method of testing a variety of foodstuffs which the body may be finding difficult to tolerate at any given time.

Dietary factors contributing to conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Asthma, Eczema, Migraine, Thrush, PMT, High Blood Pressure, Sinusitis, and Glue Ear in children can often be identified by food intolerance testing.

Symptoms which may include headaches, constipation, diarrhoea, tiredness, low energy, chronic runny/blocked nose etc. may also be caused by underlying food intolerance.

A food intolerance consultation will include muscle testing for the intolerances and advice regarding any required adjustments to diet & lifestyle. Assistance is offered to support these changes.
